Annual Gathering

2013 Annual Gathering is June 27 — 29 in Chicago at Techny Towers/Divine Word Seminary.

The theme is "Stirring the Waters: Reclaiming the Missional, Subversive Nature of Baptism" with keynote speakers Ben Stewart and Ruth Meyers, and practical workshops and inspiring worship. Click here for online registration.

In 2013 the North American Association for the Catechumenate (NAAC) will hold its Annual Gathering concurrently with the Associated Parishes for Liturgy and Mission (APLM) in Chicago, IL. APLM is an organization that, among other goals, "champions the centrality of baptism as the foundation for Christian ministry and has worked for the restoration of the Catechumenate within the life of the Church." NAAC and APLM will share program and worship, with time for the NAAC membership to fellowship and hold its membership meeting.

Plans for the 2014 Annual Gathering are just beginning. We will meet in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada at the Vancouver School of Theology. Save the dates of August 5 — 8, 2014. Watch for details here as plans take shape. The Annual Gathering 2014 will offer a wide and rich range of workshops on catechumenal themes and practices.

Scholarships Available for Chicago Gathering

Priority given to seminarians, other students, and Mission Developers. And for those local commuters interested in a one-day registration, you may make arrangements with Devra for payment of $125 per day.
